How does custom sizing work?
Order rectangles or rounds from 4'×3' up to 15'×25'; email us if you need smaller or larger.
What shipping options are there?
- Standard Parcel delivery to doorstep – $300, 2-3 weeks (small rugs)
- White Glove delivery – $400, 4-5 weeks, signature required
- White Glove + delivery – $500, crew carries in, moves furniture, unwraps, and lays out carpet*

Can I return or exchange a custom carpet?
Only if you cancel within 24 hours of ordering; after that, no refunds or exchanges.
When will my carpet arrive?
Most carpets arrive in 2-4 weeks (Moroccan-Inspired: 3-5 weeks). The 2-week window applies only to parcel-eligible sizes.
